Our recruitment process
Submit your application and CV to our Head of HR, Laila Melgaard Agerholm, at laila@coreconsult.com. We review all applications carefully and will get back to you shortly after.
The process begins with an informal first interview, where we get to know each other and explore your motivation for joining CoreConsult.
In the second interview, you will work through a short case. We focus on your analytical thinking, structure, and collaboration—not on perfection.
The third interview is centred around expectations, cultural fit, and whether this feels like the right match for both sides.
1. Application and first interview
After reviewing the applications, selected candidates are invited for a first interview.
We will introduce CoreConsult, how we work, and what everyday life as a consultant looks like. At the same time, we are curious to learn more about you - your background, experience, and ambitions.
Rather than a formal interview, this is a conversation where we get to know each other and explore whether there is a mutual fit.
2. Assessment and second interview
Candidates are invited to complete two short assessments: a cognitive test and a personality profile.
The purpose is to support a better dialogue and give us a shared understanding of how you approach problems, collaboration, and decisions.
In the second interview, we go through the results together and continue the conversation. You will also work through a short case, where we focus on how you think, structure problems, and collaborate—not on getting it right.
In the final interview, we wrap up the process and go through the details of the contract. It is also an opportunity to address any remaining questions. If everything aligns, we look forward to welcoming you to the team.
